What counts as an active site? ›
An active site is a live project your team is currently managing in
HandoffGrid. If you are using the workflow to track assets, punch,
photos, and turnover for that project, it counts as active.
Can I try before paying? ›
Yes. Starter gives you the core workflow on one active site with no
payment needed. Upgrade when you need more sites, exports, handoff
sharing, or team members.
How does billing work? ›
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Choose Pro or Team
and HandoffGrid opens the correct Stripe checkout first. After
payment, you'll create or sign in to your app account and we'll
activate the paid plan automatically for your workspace.
What happens if I cancel? ›
Your account stays active until the end of your current billing
period. After that, it drops to the Starter plan limits. Your data
is never deleted.
Can I switch plans? ›
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing section inside
the app. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
